25th Sep at 18:12PSP with issues in reconciliations (wrong data and manual financial details not coresponding with BO data) and specially trouble in settlements. In my previous job position as Payments Manager we had 50k just vanished with lame excuses. I believe the matter is still between the company’s lawyers and Wonderland Pay (just being in China apparently give them an advantage if they want to “forgot” about merchants reserves or funds. In my current job, just ignore them.
