POLi is an online payment service that enables consumers to quickly and easily pay online directly from their Internet banking account. The payment process is automated, using cleared funds from a debit account to make the payment. Both the consumer and the merchant are provided with a real-time receipt at the completion of the transaction.
Merchants offering POLi access the millions of consumers who do not have a credit card or who prefer not to use them online. Other benefits include easy reconciliation (all details are auto filled), no chargebacks and low merchant fees.
POLi is an alternative to BPAY and credit card or PayPal transactions. Integration is straightforward with plug-ins available for a range of ecommerce shopping carts or REST API. Billers can take advantage of our POLi BillPay solution to create payment links on invoices.
